GUMMY

IulWCzh.png

Gummy ROM is made for speed, stability and to stay as closely in line with AOSP as possible while still supporting a large amount of devices and giving you all of the features you love. It isn’t slowed down by features you’ll never use nor is it so slim as to be just another AOSP build.

If you use ART, do not expect support as this is an experimental feature.. If people continue to fill the threads with issues pertaining to ART we will remove it from the ROM. If you feel you need to as a question from a fellow form member, about an issue you are having with the rom and ART is enabled, please start the thread with 'I am using ART and:"

Features:

* New base built from AOSP
* Status Bar Mods
* Theme Manager
* Hardware Key Mod
* Lock Screen Mod
* Many Wallpapers
* Performance Control
* Application Permission Controls
* Carrier Label Options
* Background Style
* Lock clock widget

Instructions for installations:

1. Download ROM
2. Download Gapps
3. Push to sdcard
4. Reboot Recovery
5. Wipe Data and Cache
6. Install ROM
7. Install Gapps
8. Reboot System

Contributions:

* Thank you to Cyanogenmod for device and hardware repositories. Without this, porting Gummy to QCOM devices would have been nearly impossible.
* Thank you to Google for the best source code.
* androidfilehost.com for hosting our file servers!

I couldn't find a 6.4.4.4 but fond 6.0.4.4 and it worked fine. Thanks for your help. ROM looks great. Only thing I can't find is quiet hours, but for a 1.1 it is awesome.

Art is too buggy and has too many issues to be included in the build for now

I was having home button and lock screen issues. Is there something else I need to flash other than the newest build?

I have wiped and reinstalled this ROM a couple of times and each time I have problems with google maps.  When I tried to do turn by turn directions is says "No GPS hardware".  Is this an expected issue or does it need to be fixed?

Also bluetooth connection can be kind of unstable at times needing a reboot of the phone before it will get and maintain connection.

GPS seems to "work" it picks up the general location, but does not move fluidly with the phone and seems to jump around anywhere from 10ft to 1000ft while standing still.  Been running the ROM for about 24 hours now, so far that is my only issue.

On an aside I have noticed a few apps don't close when you leave them (enter the suspended state), mainly Ingress (Which is why the GPS is annoying :P ).

Long story short I love this ROM and I can't wait for the GPS to be fixed.  Where can I donate to dev?
